Appointment Confirmations &  Cancellations

To help us manage our appointment schedule and maximise availability for other patients, you will receive:

An email reminder 7 days prior to your appointment, and

An SMS reminder 3 days prior to your appointment

We ask that you confirm your attendance by replying ‘YES’ to the SMS.

If we do not receive confirmation 24 hours prior to your appointment, we will assume you are unable to attend, and your appointment may be cancelled or offered to another patient.

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible by calling (07) 5638 1259 or emailing info@coastalrss.com.au    

Late Cancellations & Non-Attendance

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

A deposit or upfront payment may be required prior to rebooking if an appointment is missed or cancelled with late notice.
